My garment is damaged
If you think your garment may have a manufacturing defect, please write to us at info@bluebananabrand.com and we will be happy to help you.
We will need you to indicate the order number of the purchase, and we will ask you to send us some photos showing the defect.
When do you restock?
There are several restockings per year, but we do not always restock all the models.
In order not to miss the one you are interested in, on the page of the garment you like, write down your email where it says “Let me know when it is in stock”. We will write you as soon as it arrives 😉.
What are your garments made of?
On the page of each garment you have a section called “About the product”, where we tell you what materials it is made of.
How do I wash the garment so it doesn't get damaged?
On this website, within the page of each garment you have the “About the product” section, where we explain how to wash it so that it accompanies you on your adventures for a long time.
However, we inform you that most of them should be washed inside out, and with cold water, since they are made of cotton, they may shrink a little.
Are the garments unisex?
We have unisex garments and women's pattern garments.
How do I know my size?
It's easy! You can consult our “Size Guide” or fill out the “Find your size” form on each garment's page.
