Exchanges and returns

My garment is defective

If you think your garment may have a manufacturing defect, please write to us at info@bluebananabrand.com and we will be happy to help you.

We will need you to indicate the order number of the purchase, and we will ask you to send us some photos showing the defect.

Can I exchange or return a garment won in a raffle?

No, sorry! Gifts are non-refundable 😉.

Do you give gift vouchers?

For online purchases we do not give gift vouchers, but in store it is possible.

In any case, the order number is enough for any exchange or return.

In a return, how do I get my money back?

We refund the amount of the returned garment/s to the same payment method used in the purchase.

Can I return my order, is it free? Can I do it in any store?

Yes! You can return your order for free.

Purchases made in our online store can be returned through our website or in any of our physical stores, except in our El Corte Inglés points of sale or in our Outlet Stores.

Purchases made in our physical stores can only be returned in any of our physical stores, except in our El Corte Inglés points of sale or in our Outlet Stores.

Purchases made at our physical El Corte Inglés points of sale may only be returned or exchanged at any physical El Corte Inglés point of sale.

Purchases made in our Outlet stores can only be returned at the same Outlet store where the purchase was made.

Purchases made at Pop-ups or event stands cannot be returned or exchanged.

*In all cases, the period for requesting a return is 30 calendar days from the date of purchase, with the exception of El Corte Inglés outlets where this may vary depending on the commercial policy applied by El Corte Inglés.
