I have a code but it has expired, what can I do?
We are sorry to tell you that if the code has expired, you will no longer be able to use it.
Can the codes be used in physical stores and in El Corte Inglés outlets?
Normally, the campaigns and discounts we launch online are only for the web, unless we specify otherwise.
They are not applicable neither in Outlet nor in our El Corte Inglés points of sale.
Can I use two discount codes on the same order?
Generally, discount codes cannot be accumulated unless expressly mentioned.
How can I apply a discount code?
You have to enter it in the checkout, after adding your products to the cart, you will see a box on the right where it says “Gift card or discount code”. Type it there, then click the “Use” button and it will be applied automatically 😉.
Please note that some discount codes are not combinable or compatible with other promotions and discounts. Check the terms and conditions applicable to that promotion/discount.
