Delivery Times

These periods may be longer during sales seasons, Black Friday or specific promotions.

We know that, as a customer, you expect to receive your order as soon as possible. For this reason, we’ve worked hard to ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible. We’ll do our best to ensure that you receive your order within 2–4 working days after the order has left our warehouse.

Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. will be processed on the next working day and delivery time will increase by 24 hours.

Orders placed with express shipping have a delivery time of 24/48 working hours, since we do not offer delivery service on weekends.

After payment, you’ll receive a confirmation of purchase. Within 24 hours after your purchase, you’ll receive confirmation from the carrier that your order has been shipped along with all the instructions you need to revise and track your order in real time.

We’ll do our best to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time. However, this isn’t a guarantee and we’re not responsible for delays due to force majeure or reasons beyond Blue Banana Brand’s control.

Order Tracking

When your order has left our facilities, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number for your shipment. When you receive the confirmation email, the tracking number might not have been updated yet. But don’t worry, it will be available within a few hours. You can also find the tracking link by clicking on the order in your user profile.

Minimum Order

There is no minimum order for any of the countries Blue Banana Brand ships to. (See table.)

International Shipping

If your order is addressed to a country outside of the European Union, the shipment may be subject to duties, taxes, or other charges due to local laws and/or customs. We’ll ship your package delivered duty unpaid (DAP), which means that Blue Banana Brand is responsible for delivering the package, but doesn’t assume any possible customs charges or local taxes.

The person that the order is addressed to is responsible for all customs costs associated with importing the product(s) and will be responsible for paying these costs (even if they reject the order). If you’re sending products from the Blue Banana Brand website to someone outside of the European Union, please ensure that they’re aware that they’re responsible for and may have to pay customs charges.

It’s also possible for your order to be delayed due to customs clearance.


If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within the deadlines set by law. You can consult all this information in the Returns section.

Any return requested outside the European Union is to be made at the customer's expense and cost. This includes transportation costs and import taxes of the country of destination (Spain), which must be submitted within 30 days from the date of the purchase of the product. Once the customer has made the payment of both costs and we receive the product in our warehouse in compliance with the conditions set out above, we will refund the remaining credit amount.

Delivery Address

Delivery will take place at the address given at the time of ordering. If at the time of delivery, there is no one available to receive the package, a second delivery attempt will be made in which the carrier will contact the recipient using the number indicated on the order. You can also contact the carrier to arrange order delivery.

To avoid possible delivery problems, we recommend that you include as much detail as possible in the address, confirming each piece of information and making sure that the contact telephone number provided works.

For shipments in Spain you can send your order to a Parcel Shop of our carrier's network. You will receive an email from them where you can manage the delivery at the nearest Parcel Shop.

Holidays and Weekends

We prepare orders Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. There are also certain days of the year when our warehouse doesn’t prepare orders, either due to local or national holidays.

Any orders placed outside of normal business hours or on a public holiday will be prepared on the next business day.
