What is Adventure Pass?
Adventure Pass is the loyalty program for the Blue Banana community. As a member, you can earn Equis redeemable for discounts and benefits on your purchases and adventures around the world. So, log in to your account before placing an order, send us proof of your travels or purchase receipts from our partners, leave us a review of your latest item… There are countless ways to earn Equis and climb the ranks in the program.
What levels does Adventure Pass have?
Adventure Pass offers the Explorer level for those with up to 2,500 Equis; Traveler for those with more than 2,500 and less than 5,000 Equis; and Adventurer for those with more than 5,000 Equis. See the benefits associated with each level in the "All Benefits" section above.
How do I move from one level to another?
You don't need to do anything. Once your account has generated the minimum X points required to level up, it will automatically update your profile, unlocking all the benefits you're entitled to. You can spend the X points you generate as you go; we'll keep track of them to level up when they're due.
How do I accumulate X?
Some Xs will be automatically added to your account (those associated with purchases, reviews, birthdays, etc.), and others require a few days to process. Every time you make a purchase from our partners or experience an Xs-worthy adventure, send us proof in the form of a photo or receipt (a ski pass, a skateboard receipt, a plane ticket, etc.), and we'll add your corresponding reward. Don't forget to do so through the inbox we've enabled in your private area.
How does the recommendation work within the program?
If you're an Adventure Pass member, you can invite your contacts to discover Blue Banana with a €20 discount on purchases over €75 . For the offer to be valid, the recipient must be a new customer, meaning they must not have previously purchased something with their email address.
To share your referral, simply use your personal link , available in your Adventure Pass profile, in the private area of the website, or in the back/details section of your pass in your wallet. When your referral makes their purchase, you'll receive 1,000 Equis as a reward. These rewards will be confirmed within 10 days and available for use.
Do I have to accumulate the Xs intact (without redeeming them) if I want to increase my status?
No, you'll level up when you've generated enough Xs for each level, regardless of whether you've spent them or not. That is, within a year of creating your Adventure Pass account, your activity must have generated enough Xs to level up, even if you've spent them along the way.
How do the Xs work for sending you an adventure test?
When you log in to your account, you'll find a mailbox where you can send us proof of your latest adventure and earn 50 Xs for it: it could be a photo of your trip, a ski pass from your skiing days, a receipt for a surfboard purchase, etc. Remember that you can send us proof of one adventure per week, and these can't be older than one month. How do X's work for purchases with partners?
Send us proof of your purchase/reservation with one of our partners through the inbox in your private area. Once processed, we'll top up your account with 50 Xs for purchases up to €25 and 100 for purchases over €25. Remember that you can send us proof of one purchase per week, and that these must be no older than one month. See all terms and conditions here .
Can I get and redeem Equis in a physical store?
Yes! You can enjoy the Adventure Pass at all of our brick-and-mortar stores. The only exceptions are multi-brand stores (including El Corte Inglés) and the outlet.
I'm missing Equis. What should I do if I notice a problem with my Equis balance?
X's associated with purchases take 10 days to appear; those corresponding to the submission of adventure proofs or partner purchase receipts take between 5 and 10 days. If you are not satisfied with your X's balance, please contact us through the "Help" section on our website.
How do I use my X's?
In-store discounts, our team can access your profile with your email address and offer you the discounts you qualify for. On the website, when you place an order, log in to your account and the discounts you qualify for will appear based on your Xs. Remember, you'll need to click on the one you're interested in, copy the generated code, and enter it at checkout.
What is the value of each X?
Each X is equivalent to one euro cent. This means that 100 Xs are worth €1; 500 Xs are worth €5; 1,000 Xs are worth €10, and so on.
Do the X's accumulated in my account expire?
Yes. Please note that your total balance will expire 365 days after the last time you added Equis. This means that if you have 500 Equis today and accumulate 250 more, you'll have one year before your 750 Equis expire. If you accumulate more Equis during that year, we'll reset the counter, and you'll have another 365 days to spend them.
Can I downgrade?
Yes. Once you reach a level, you must earn enough Equis to maintain that level for the next 365 days. For example, if you move from Explorer to Traveler by generating 2,500 Equis, exactly one year later you must have generated another 2,500 Equis in your account to remain in that category. Remember that you can redeem Equis throughout the year; the important thing is that you earn them.
Where can I see my level and my Xs?
Log in to your personal page and check your X level and number, as well as other useful information such as order history or available discounts.
Can I use the Xs on Black Friday, sales, or promotions?
Yes, unless otherwise specified in a specific campaign. Please note that Xs are redeemed using codes that you must enter at checkout. These codes are not compatible with other discount codes or free shipping.
