How can I know the status of my order?

As soon as the order leaves the warehouse you will receive an email in which we will give you the tracking number of the shipment so you can keep track of it at all times 😉.

Can I place an order online and pick it up at a physical store?

At the moment we do not offer Click and Collect service in our physical stores. However, we are working to make it possible very soon.

Do you ship abroad and how much does it cost?

Yes, we do ship within the European Union and to the United States. The shipping price is calculated at checkout depending on the destination.

Do you ship to the Canary Islands?

No, we do not currently ship to the Canary Islands. However, you can find some of our products in Regaliz funwear. Located in C/ Cano 5. 35002, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

What types of shipping do you have? How much are the shipping costs?

We have two types of shipping: standard shipping and express shipping.

Standard shipping costs 3,95€ for Madrid and 4,50€ for the rest of the Peninsula; and express shipping costs 5,90€ for Madrid and 6,90€ for the Peninsula.

When will I receive my order? What is the delivery time?

The average delivery time is 2 to 4 working days for standard shipments within the Peninsula* and Balearic Islands.

With express shipping (only valid for the Peninsula) the delivery time is 24 to 48 working hours from the time the order leaves our warehouse.

*This period may be longer in periods of sales, Black Friday, Christmas or special promotions.

Can you gift wrap my order?

We are currently unable to gift wrap, sorry!

Can I add a personalized note to my order?

No, at the moment we do not have this option. The notes you can add are for clarification on the delivery of your order.

I want to modify my order before it is shipped

Once the order has been finalized we cannot modify it. If it has not started to be prepared, we may cancel it and you will have to do it again.

Otherwise, when you receive it you can request an exchange or a refund.

I want to cancel my order

Once the order has been placed, we can only cancel it if the warehouse has not started to prepare it. Write to us and we will confirm if we are on time.

If we are already late, you will have to wait until you receive it to request an exchange or a refund.
