Starts on November 25, 2024 at 10:00 CET in physical stores, El Corte Inglés Corners, and online. Ends on December 2, 2024 (Cyber Monday) at 11:59 PM CET online and at the closing time of physical stores and El Corte Inglés Corners.
What promotions and giveaways are available online? And in physical stores?
In physical stores, El Corte Inglés corners, and online, there are items with up to 40% off, and free socks are offered for orders over €30.
Do purchases at El Corte Inglés and multi-brand stores have the same promotions?
Physical stores, El Corte Inglés corners, and the website have the same prices. In addition, socks are given away for orders over €30. Multi-brand stores (other than El Corte Inglés) have their own discounts and promotions that may differ from those announced by Blue Banana.
What promotions and gifts are there at the Outlet?
Outlet offers clothing with up to 60% off. Plus, they also give away socks for purchases over €30.

Can I use a discount code or free shipping on Black Friday?
Yes, discount codes are applicable on Black Friday, including those for Adventure Pass. However, be careful: "coordinate codes" (composed exclusively of numbers and symbols) are the only ones compatible with all promotions. All other codes (composed of numbers and letters) are equally valid, but their use voids the sock promotion. Remember that you can only use one code per purchase and only on the website and in physical stores, not in multi-brand stores or El Corte Inglés corners.
Can I use my Adventure Pass codes during Black Friday?
Yes! Take advantage and redeem your Xs for extra discounts on already discounted items. Remember that you can use them online and in-store (not in multi-brand stores or El Corte Inglés corners) and that their use voids the sock promotion (only coordinate codes, consisting exclusively of numbers and symbols, are compatible with this promotion).
How do coordinate codes work?
If you find a coordinate code for the "Black Friday Expedition" campaign, you can redeem it for an extra discount on your purchase. Remember that you can use them online and in physical stores, not in multi-brand stores or El Corte Inglés corners.
How many codes can I use on my purchase?
You can only use one discount code on your online or in-store purchase, so if you have several, choose the one you want to redeem carefully. How do I know if I'm one of the first people to win a sweatshirt? How do I get the free sweatshirt?
On November 29th, Blue Banana will give away 10 sweatshirts to the first 10 purchases from each of its own stores (outlet, multi-brand stores and El Corte Inglés excluded) and at 12:00pm CET, 300 sweatshirts to the first 300 online purchases over €20.
In-store promotion conditions: Subject to limited availability of 10 per store and one per purchase. Customers cannot choose the model (it will be Classic Green), but they can choose the size, which will be chosen based on what's available. This promotion is not valid at El Corte Inglés corners, outlet stores, or multi-brand stores.
Online promo terms: Subject to 300 uses of the code "BFCLASSICCREW," one per purchase over €20, and limited to the Classic Grey and Classic Green models. If the code doesn't work online, the customer will not be able to redeem the gift due to availability or if the promotion conditions aren't met. If the gift sweatshirt doesn't appear in the purchase email, the customer will not receive it (the promotion has ended or the customer didn't add it correctly or in time, in which case Blue Banana is not responsible and cannot send it separately).
General conditions: The promotion is only compatible with coordinate codes created for the "Black Friday Expedition" campaign (composed exclusively of numbers and symbols, no letters). The gift cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. If a customer requests a full or partial refund of their purchase, they must include a free sweatshirt. If they do not do so, the amount will be deducted from the refund. The general conditions of purchase, exchanges, and returns apply to any order placed during the promotion.
How do I get the gift socks?
On the website, you'll see a message inviting you to add them to your cart when your cart exceeds €30. In-store, our team offers them to you during checkout. Remember that each model is unique, units are limited, and we always try to accommodate your size. Please note that "coordinate codes" (composed exclusively of numbers and symbols) are the only ones compatible with all promotions, including gift socks. All other codes (composed of numbers and letters) are equally valid, but their use voids the socks promotion.
Can I choose the size and style of gift socks?
There is one sock model; you can choose the size, subject to availability. Remember, units are limited.
Why haven't I received my gift?
On the website, gift socks must be added manually to the order. You'll receive a message notifying you of this during checkout. If you didn't add them when you placed your order, it's normal that they haven't arrived. If you don't remember if you did, check the confirmation email we sent you when you placed your order. If the socks don't appear, it means you didn't add them (or you added them incorrectly), and in that case, we won't be able to send them to you separately. Also, remember that only coordinate codes (made up of numbers and symbols) are eligible for the gift. If you redeemed any other codes (made up of numbers and letters), the socks promotion will be invalidated.
What do I do if I don't like my gift?
Gifts are non-returnable, so we encourage you to reassign it to someone who might like it.

How long will my order take?
During peak demand periods, such as Black Friday or Christmas, our delivery times may be longer than usual. We'll notify you by email when your order leaves the warehouse. From then on, delivery in Spain typically takes between 2 and 4 business days, although during these dates it may take a little longer. You can check delivery times for other destinations on our shipping page .
If I return all or part of my order, will I have to return the gift socks?
If you're returning your entire order, you must return the socks. If it's a partial return, you must return them if the item you're keeping is valued at less than €30. If you were required to return the socks and don't, we'll deduct the cost of the gift from your refund.
How long can I request an exchange or refund? How do they work?
We've extended the usual return period until January 15, 2024, to cover all your Christmas and Three Kings' Day gifts.
